Project BA would like to submit a response to Noosa Council’s information request.
Information Required:
Issue 1 - Secondary Dwelling
Please find attached amended floor plan reflecting requested changes.
Issue 2 – Onsite Carparking
Please find attached site plan which indicates designated car-parking area
Issue 3 – Riparian
The Owner has engaged Urban Forest Concepts to provide professional advice regarding the
requirement of rehabilitation planning (report attached). This report believes the required
rehabilitation planting to be excessive and unnecessary.
Project BA would like to request that this condition be removed or amended to reflect the
findings of the report. Please contact Project BA or Urban Forest Concepts directly to discuss if
required.

Section ‘7.0 SITE PLAN’ of the effluent disposal system design prepared by Biowater Designs shows the construction requirements. The pipework from the valve box is installed above existing ground level and does not require the removal of any vegetation. The 32mm line between the system and sprinkler area is buried 200mm below ground level but does not require the removal of any native vegetation.
