PO12 AO12.1
Dam location and construction does not impact upon Where the site is in the Rural zone—
neighbouring properties or road reserves, in terms of— (a) the land has a slope of less than 25% (1:4);
(a) hydrology; (b) the earthworks including cut and fill batters and retaining
