The operation of the intersections within the identified impact assessment area have been
assessed for the Thursday PM and Saturday midday peaks.

9.5        Intersection Assessment
9.5.1      I1: Hofmann Drive / Emporium Drive
The Hofmann Dr / Emporium Dr Roundabout is an existing 3-leg roundabout. The existing
layout and SIDRA assessed intersection form are shown in Figure 16. The results of the
SIDRA assessment are presented in Table 29. Detailed SIDRA outputs are provided at
Appendix E.

The results of the analysis summarised in Table 29 shows that the existing intersection form
is expected to perform within the adopted performance thresholds for all assessed scenarios.

9.5.2      I2: Hofmann Drive / Noosa Civic Loop Road
The Hofmann Drive / Noosa Civic Loop Road is an existing 3-leg roundabout. The existing
layout and SIDRA assessed intersection form are shown on Figure 17. The results of the
SIDRA assessment are presented in Table 30. Detailed SIDRA outputs are provided at
Appendix E.
