Please find attached a copy of the Concurrence Agency response from the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDMIP) dated 3rd November 2021 for this application. I believe Council did receive this response directly from DSDMIP.

Further to SARA’s Referral Agency Response issued for the above development application, we give notice to the assessment manager that the applicant does not intend to make representations about the concurrence agency response under section 30.
