7       Conclusion and Summary of Recommendations
                     RoadPro Acoustics was engaged by RG Strategic to assess potential noise
                     emissions from a proposed accommodation facility at 14-16 Mary Street,
                     Noosaville.
                     Noise criteria for mechanical plant have been established, and these should be
                     referred to during the detailed design stage of the project to ensure external
                     condenser units are appropriately sited and/or treated.
                     Vehicle noise from the driveway is not expected to cause a noise nuisance due to
                     limited hours of usage, and existing exposure to road traffic noise at the nearest
                     residence.
                     Guest noise from the pool / relaxation area is not expected to cause a noise
                     nuisance.
                     It is the view of RoadPro Acoustics that with inclusion of the above
                     recommendations, the Site is suitable for the proposed use with respect to acoustic
                     amenity.
