Original PDF page 265, section 1. The text section number identifies this passage in the reader.
No changes are proposed to the existing crossing as part of the development application currently
being prepared.
For the purposes of the 'properly made' requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 we
anticipate that resource entitlement could be required as the application does rely on 'the land' i.e.
Six Mile Creek for access.
Assuming that we have come to the correct conclusion could you confirm that you are a suitable
point of contact for this matter, or alternative could you direct me to the appropriate person.
If you are a suitable point of contact I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the matter with
you in an effort to confirm if resource entitlement is necessary, and if so what evidence the
Department would wish to be provided with to assist it when assessing a request for resource
entitlement.
If you have any questions regarding the above matter please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards,
Jim Lawler
