                        Extract B. Pre-clearing Regional Ecosystem


The State (DEHP) administers protected flora under the Nature Conservation Act 1992. The subject
land and surrounding area lie within a “high risk area” as per the Protected Flora Survey Trigger Map 10
(refer Extract C). As such separate notification will be required for the Department (i.e. a separate
process to Council approval) and will involve targeted flora surveys and reporting.
