In accordance with Section 278 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and of behalf of Denmac
Nominees Pty Ltd, please find below a full response to the information requested by Council on 16
August 2016 for the Material Change of Use Development Application (Impact Assessment) for a
Retail Business Type 5 (Vehicle Uses), Retail Business Type 2 (Shop & Entertainment & Dining
Business) and Type 1 (Food and Beverages) and Operational Works for Signage at 140-142 Eumundi
Noosa Road, Noosaville.



       Item 1: Issue – Landscaping - The proposal is deficient in landscaping and does not meet
       some of the landscaping setbacks required by the Landscaping Code. The development is
       considered not to meet Specific Outcome O1 and O2 of the Landscaping Code.

       Information Required: Please provide additional landscaping to the development.


Response: The landscape plans have been amended to include additional landscaping, amended
plans have been included in Attachment A.
