Risks & Opportunities
Having a detailed service catalogue will help Council manage its risk in a more cohesive and
logical way. Decisions in relation to changes to future budgets can be referred back to our
service levels to determine whether or not services should be increased or reduced. It also
assists in reducing risk if any key staff leave the organisation as the expected service levels and
key information about activities are identified in writing for future reference. This level of
information will also be of great value to our Councillors.
