7 > Conclusion This Stormwater Management Plan demonstrates that under the proposed concept plan Stormwater Quality and Quantity Treatment is achievable to the levels required by State Planning Policy July 2017. Noosa Shire Council flood mapping indicates the site is not subject to flooding from any source. The lawful point of discharge for the site is to the existing underground stormwater drainage network in Bottlebrush Avenue. Stormwater and roofwater runoff from the development will be collected and conveyed in a new stormwater pit and pipe network to an underground detention tank located near the south-western side of the site. Detained flows from the tank will outlet to a new stormwater manhole in Bottlebrush Avenue located at opposite verge of road. Stormwater Treatment will not be required as part of the development in accordance with the Noosa Shire Council planning Scheme Policy and State Planning Policy July 2017. A Trapezoidal catch drain will be constructed along the north-eastern boundary to collect and convey upstream catchment runoff. This runoff will be collected in a stormwater pit at the eastern end of the catch drain and conveyed through the internal drainage system. 8 > Limitations of Report MPN have prepared this report in support of the proposed multi-residential development at 23 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa Head.
