2 > Purpose This Civil Engineering Report has been prepared in support of the Development Application for the proposed multi-residential development at 23 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa Head. 3 > Introduction 3.1 Project Description The current proposal involves multi-dwelling key worker accommodation. The site slopes from the north- eastern side to the south-western side. The existing dwelling and ancillary structures on the site will be demolished as part of the development. The site will largely be earthworked and regraded to allow for stormwater discharge to bottlebrush Avenue. The development works will ensure the proposed site are adequately serviced for site services including, water, sewer, and stormwater.
