4 > Site Characteristics

4.1       Site Location
The site is located at 23 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa Head. The lot is formally known as Lot 140 on RP88934.

The site is accessed from Bottlebrush Avenue to the west, with residential properties to the north, east
and south.

The site location is shown in Figure 2 below, with site survey plans attached in Appendix B

4.2       Topography and Existing Site
The existing site contains a residential dwelling, ancillary structures, driveways from Bottlebrush

avenue and a grassed area.

The existing site has a max RL of 37.2m AHD in the north-east side of the site. The lowest point of the site
is located in the south-west side with an RL of 31.0m AHD with an average slope of 18.5%

Stormwater runoff from the existing site discharges into Bottlebrush Avenue west of the site.

A copy of a survey plan for the site is attached in Appendix B.
