ACCESS CONSENT FOR SERVICES CONNECTIONS ON LOT I RP
173883 AT 13 WILGEE COURT COOROY: APPLICATION NO:
REC14/0008, REC14/0009, AND OPW 14/0353

We are the Registered Proprietors of 13 Wilgee Court Cooroy, being Lot 1 on RP 173883.

To assist with your Operational Works Assessment, we hereby consent to Kevin Kelly (the
owner of lot 8 SP 266743, 1 Wilgee Court) or their authorized representatives, to enter onto
our property for the purposes of undertaking construction works associated with new
Stormwater pit and Sewer manhole in relation to the subdivision of 9 residential allotments in
accordance with Council Development Approval Conditions on Application REC 14/0008,
REC14/0009 and OP W14/0353.

It is our understanding that the works on our property shall be limited to Council approved
works associated with the connection of sewerage and stormwater services including sewer
manhole and stormwater pit located on our allotment. The layout shown on stormwater

layout plan 1225-74, and sewer layout plan 1225-80 is acceptable.

This Consent is provided on the basis that Kevin Kelly will indemnify us against any issues
arising out of the works undertaken by them or their representatives on our allotment, and that
the works will include the reinstatement of our property to the pre-works standard.

We trust that this Consent satisfies Council's requirements.
