Further Advice

I refer to the additional information as requested in your email of 26/8/22. With respect to
the request I advise as follows:


   1. We have modified the drainage swale so that the existing internal drainage
      infrastructure picks up the majority of the swale drain. The existing stormwater line
      has sufficient capacity. The drainage models have been modified to suit. Models
      attached. No concentration of flow will now occur at the corner of the site.
   2. Deluca are dealing with this question.
   3. Plans identifying all of the features of the drainage model have already been
      provided to you. These drawings are Q20-004-C01.2 Revision 5 (stormwater
      catchment plan) and Q20-004-C01 Revision 7 (stormwater layout). This drawing has
      been updated to show the changes to the swale drain. These drawings are attached.
   4. Drainage model is attached for the 1% AEP storm event.
