               FEBRUARY 2025

               That Council note the report by the Acting Development Assessment Manager to
               the Planning & Environment Committee Meeting 8 April 2025 regarding
               applications that have been decided by delegated authority for February 2025 as
               per Attachment 1 to the Report.

            CLOSURE OF THE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC

            That the meeting be closed to the public pursuant to section 254J(3)(e) of the Local
            Government Regulation 2012 for the purpose of discussing Item 9.1 Planning &
            Environment Court Appeal No.1988 of 2024 - Application for Material Change of use for
            a Childcare centre at Noosa Civic,27 Eenie Creek Road Noosaville.
            Carried unanimously.
