                That Council note the report by the Manager Development Assessment to the
                Planning and Environment Committee Meeting dated 8 April 2025 regarding
                Planning & Environment Court Appeal 1998 of 2024 and:
                   A. Delegate to the CEO the power to attend to all matters relating to its
                       resolution.
