 Periodic visual inspections should be undertaken by the owner within a 50 m wide zone around the
tiny homes to assess whether any signs of erosion or instability develop (e.g. tension cracking,
slumping, surface depressions, etc.), particularly across the ground between the northern tiny home
of the landslide backscarp. Inspections should be undertaken immediately following 100 mm (or
more) of rainfall in a 24-hour period. A photographic record for each inspection should be
maintained. If any signs of erosion or instability are observed, Tectonic must be notified
immediately to assess the appropriate course of action.
 The tiny homes should be maintained so that they are structurally separate from the existing deck
and ancillary structures, so that rapid relocation could be undertaken if required.

        5. CONCLUSION
Based on the findings of our assessment we consider that there would be a Low Risk of slope instability
affecting the existing tiny homes, subject to implementation of the recommendations given in this
        report.

        6. LIMITATIONS
This assessment relates only to the existing tiny homes. Other parts of the site outside the development
area may be subject to risk of slope instability, but assessment of those matters was beyond the scope of
        our commission.
Your attention is drawn to the document Limitations, which is attached to this letter report.
Please contact the undersigned should you wish to discuss any of the above matters.

        Yours faithfully,

        Tectonic Geotechnical Pty Ltd
