Planning and Design Program
The Design Services team are currently managing 16 projects and providing design services to 18
projects and continue to provide design survey support to over 60 projects in the 2024/25 financial
year. These projects have a combined design and construction value exceeding $14m.
The following design projects are in various stages of design during this quarter:
• Cooroy, Cooroy Sports Complex Car Park and Entrance
• Noosa, Noosa Parade Stage 2
• Noosa, Noosa Drive footpath
• Noosaville, Noosaville Foreshore Changing Places
• Noosaville, Weyba Road and Reef Street Roundabout Design
• Peregian Beach, Coastal Pathway Stage 1
• Shire Wide, Bus Stop Program
• Shire Wide, Pathway Program
• Sunshine Beach, 58 David Low Way Retaining Wall
