Operational Works Application

On behalf of the applicant, QM Properties, we submit for Council’s approval an Operational Works Application
for a residential subdivision at Beckmans Road, Noosaville.

We enclose the following to support this application:
» IDAS Development Application Forms 1 and 6; and
» Engineering drawings prepared by Brown Consulting (Qld) Pty Ltd;
» Landscape drawings and technical specification prepared by AECOM
» Flood Investigation and Stormwater Quantity Management Plan prepared by Brown Consulting (QLD) Pty Ltd
» Stormwater Management Plan (Quantity) Updated management Strategy prepared by Brown Consulting
    (QLD) Pty Ltd

A cheque payable to Noosa Shire Council for $45,981.00 being the prescribed application fees consisting of the
following breakdown, will be delivered in the near future.

                -      Per Lot Fee
                -    68 lots @ $492 per lot:                                     $33,456.00
                Unitywater:
                -    Per Lot Fee                                                 $10,880.00
