iv. Key residential developments currently proposed or under construction within the primary sector are
       described as follows:

 Peregian Springs is a master planned community, with development of the suburb underway
since 2002. Residential development in Peregian Springs is driven by the following estates:

Ridges Peregian Springs, developed by FKP, is the largest residential development in the
region. Discussions with the developer indicate that the estate will ultimately comprise 3,000
lots, with only 100 lots still to be developed over the next 12 months.

Peregian Breeze is an additional development located to the north of Ridges Peregian
Springs, comprising 400 residential lots. Stage 8 (the final stage) of the development,
comprising approximately 60 lots was recently released.

 Doonella by QM Properties in Noosaville has been under construction since 2007. The majority
of the 247-lot estate is now complete.

 Settlers Cove Resort at Noosa Heads is planned to ultimately comprise 109 luxury apartments.
Discussions with the developer indicate that Stage 4 (22 units) is currently under construction.
Stage 5 (the final stage) comprising 15 units has received development approval and
construction is likely to commence post 2021.
