          including:

retail facilities that have a wider draw.

        — Sub-regional Shopping Centres contain at least one discount department store and generally at
            least one supermarket.

        Central.

        — Noosa Civic (21,442 sq.m) is located immediately east of the proposed Noosa Marketplace site in
the primary sector. The centre is currently anchored by a Big W discount department store,
Woolworths supermarket, two mini-majors and 99 retail specialty stores.
