Supermarket Based Centres

i.     Given the geographically extensive main trade area, there are several supermarket-based shopping
       centres throughout the total trade area that serve the everyday convenience needs of their immediate
       population.

ii.    These centres are of little competitive relevance to proposed large format and showroom facilities at
       the Noosa site.
