Area where dam overflow did breach a garden bed. Repairs in the form of extra mulch and
diverting overland flow to dam outlet were evident.
CPESC –corrective actions
The only corrective action relates to the drainage channel uphill from the completed works (between the
culvert outlets and the completed operation works). This drainage channel requires removal of silt build-up
and additional rip-rap protection. Noosa Council had advised no works to occur in this section of the
drainage channel without Council involvement.
