7.0 Conclusion The proposed operational works being earthworks and vegetation clearing at 26 Sallwood Court, Pinbarren is considered to accord with the relevant provisions of the Noosa Plan 2020 The retrospective development was consistent with State and Local Policy and has been designed to complement the environmental values and be sympathetic with the existing adjoining properties and not impede any future development. For these reasons we respectfully request that Council consider the merits of this Application favourably and provide approval.
