SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES                                                          10 JULY 2020


        Council Resolution 13
        Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
        Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
        That it be recorded that in each case where a preceding Motion refers to a matter set
        out in the Revenue Statement contained in the Noosa Council 2020/21 Budget
        document (provided as Attachment 1 to the Special Meeting report dated 10 July 2020),
        that matter is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of the terms and content
        of the motion, and will be so incorporated and form part of the terms and content of
        Council’s resolution to adopt the motion.
                                                                        Carried unanimously.



    4   LEVEL OF SERVICE CATALOGUE 2020-21
        Council Resolution
        Moved:           Cr Wilkie
        Seconded:        Cr Wegener
        That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Special Meeting dated
        10 July 2020 regarding the Level of Service Catalogue and:
        A.    Adopt the Level of Service Catalogue 2020/21 (as provided at Attachment 1 to
              the report) for the purpose of identifying the levels of service for each of the
              identified service categories.
        B.    Authorise the CEO to make necessary updates to the Catalogue to reflect the
              adopted 2020/21 budget.
                                                                        Carried unanimously.



    5   STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED FINANCIAL POSITION FOR THE 2019-20
        FINANCIAL YEAR

        Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
        That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Special Meeting
        dated 10 July 2020 and pursuant to section 205 of the Local Government Regulation
        2012 note the Statement of Estimated Financial Position for the 2019/20 Financial
        Year, provided as Attachment 1 to the report.
