    6    APPLICATION OF NATIONAL COMPETITION POLICY REFORM FOR 2020-21
         BUDGET
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Lorentson
         Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
         That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Special Meeting
         dated 10 July 2020 and:
         A.   Continue to apply the Full Cost Pricing reform option to the Waste Management
              business activity for the 2020/21 financial year in accordance with section
              44(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 2009; and
         B.   Continue to apply the Code of Competitive Conduct to the Holiday Parks
              business activity for the 2020/21 financial year in accordance with section 47 of
              the Local Government Act 2009.

    7    ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Finzel
         Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
         That Council note the report by the Director Executive Services to the Special Meeting
         dated 10 July 2020 and adopt the Noosa Council Organisational Structure as set out
         in Attachment 1 to the report.
                                                                       Carried unanimously.
