Items 6 and 7: Stormwater Infiltration Pits

As the RPEQ for the project and with numerous years of relevant experience we can confirm that the proposed
infiltration pits are a proven means of offsetting the minimal increase in stormwater runoff from the site.

Items 8 and 9: Landscaping Plans

We have requested our client forward to Council the current Landscaping plans for the site. Please note our client
did provide Landscaping plans during the MCU approval stage and he is confused why he is supplying them
again.

We trust this response and attached revised drawing satisfy Council’s requirements. Our client is ready to contract
a builder for a start early in 2024.

Should you require further information please contact the undersigned.

Yours faithfully
