For clarity, stage 1 primarily removes ‘Building 2’ off the plans. As a result, a kitchen has been added
to ‘Building 1’ to allow it to operate as self-contained dwelling only whilst ‘Building 2’ is constructed,
and the middle walkway has been slightly reconfigured. Overview of components in the stages:
