1. Survey information to be confirmed by Licensed
Surveyor prior to construction. Where property
boundary locations are not clear, the contractor shall
organise an identification survey to locate required
boundaries .
2. Extent of site earthworks to be confirmed by
engineer &/or contractor on site prior to construction.
3. Contractor to confirm siting & orientation prior to
setout. Location of pontoon & pontoon setout to be
carried out by Licensed Surveyor.
4. All services to be located on site by contractor prior
to construction.
