7    FURTHER REPORT - NOOSA BIOSECURITY PLAN 2020
     Committee Recommendation

     Seconded:        Cr Stockwell
     That Council note the report by the Principal Environment Officer to the Planning and
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 November 2019 and the Further Report to the
     General Committee Meeting dated 18 November 2019 and resolve to commence public
     consultation on the Draft Noosa Biosecurity Plan provided at Attachment 1, from 25 November
     until 23 December 2019.

8    GO NOOSA – ROUTE 065 SHUTTLE BUS LOOP SERVICE

     Moved:        Cr Wellington
     Seconded:     Cr Glasgow
     That Council note the report by the Project Officer to the General Committee Meeting dated
     18 November, 2019 and accept the revised TransLink quote in the sum of $116,000 to operate
     Route 065 Shuttle Bus Loop service.
                                                                          Carried unanimously.


9    BUDGET REVIEW 2 (BR2) FOR THE 2019/20 FINANCIAL YEAR
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:           Cr Pardon
     Seconded:        Cr Jackson
     That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the General Committee
     Meeting dated 18 November 2019 and approve the proposed changes to the budget for the
     2019/20 financial year as outlined in the revised Budget Financial Statements attached to the
     report.

10   FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE REPORT - OCTOBER 2019
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:           Cr Jackson
     Seconded:        Cr Glasgow
     That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the General Committee
     Meeting dated 18 November 2019 outlining October 2019 year to date financial performance
     against budget, including key financial sustainability indicators.
                                                                        Carried unanimously.


Recommendation

The General Committee recommendations dated 18 November 2019 be adopted except where dealt
with or held over by separate resolution.
