Hi Lisa,

We are looking to lodge the Cooroy Care Farm DA within the coming weeks and have looked into Council’s
application fees. I am just seeking to confirm my calculation is correct and if so, whether Council would be willing to
support a fee reduction. You seemed like the best person to address this to given you have attended prelodgement
meetings for the site, so I hope you don’t mind me asking (meeting minutes are attached to refresh your memory).

My calculation of the application fee is as follows:




Base fee, including 5 beds = $ 8,143.00
Fee per bed, 6-25 beds = $255.00 * 20 = $5,100
Fee per bed, 25+ beds = $171.00 * 27 = $4,617.00
= $17,860.00 for the retirement aspect
