The proposed inground detention tank will be located under the driveway fronting units 504/401. It will
have the following properties: -
• Base Area = 30m2
• Internal Depth = 1.1m
• Low Flow Orifice = 150mm diameter
• High Flow Orifice = Bio Bed grated inlet
• Required Volume = 30m3
• Provided Volume = 33m3
Figure 6.1 illustrates the DRAINS Model layout for the site.
