matters, that the application as submitted, be approved. The

Conditions to which the consent granted is subject. are as set

2. Comply with the reasonable requirements of the Regional
Fire Safety Officer. .

Bylaws, Chapter xLIv (Town Planning), Council's approval
is valid for a period of two (2) years at the expiration
of which period the Council may take action to revoke
its approval if in the opinion of the Council;
