1             Introduction
Cardno has been engaged by Noosa - Spotlight Property 2 Pty Ltd C/O Blueprint Group Australia Pty Ltd to
investigate and report on the feasibility and required infrastructure services for the proposed Noosa
Marketplace development in Noosaville, Queensland. The site is located within the Noosa Council local
government area on Lots SP222982 and SP246584, addressed at 20 and 2-18 Hofmann Drive respectively.
The site has been purchased by SPG as part of the Home Consortium purchase.
As a part of this investigation, we have reviewed existing services asset information and liaised with the
relevant authorities regarding servicing strategies to cater for the development of this.
This report summarises the outcomes of this investigation.
