Key Comments Noosa North Shore Beach Campground

 Overall year to date operating position favourable.
 The capacity of the site is being reduced so that operations will be contained within the
property boundaries. The site will be subject to an upcoming Masterplan in order to inform
Council of requirements, associated costs and staging options for the upgrading of the facility
retaining a ‘nature-based’ low impact approach to the site and style of facilities provided. The
impact on ongoing profitability (if any) will be assessed and reported.

2015. The table highlights a 94.42% occupancy rate for Noosa River Holiday Park (with powered
caravan sites at 99.37% occupancy) which reflects its geographical position and popularity with
the market and generations of return users. The Noosa North Shore and Boreen Point
Campgrounds’ lower occupancy rates reflect that these facilities are more remote and offer a
different experience.
