Figure 8.5 illustrates a view west towards the buffer of mature vegetation aligning with the
road network..and separating the pr posed facility from the closest residential dwellings
located north west of the proposed facility. When viewed from the nearby residential
dwellings it is anticipated that only the top of the facility will be visible. Furthermore these
views are not anticipated to be visually obtrusive or significantly detract from the natural
landscape and character of the area.
