        In conjunction with the natural vegetation screening, the proposed location also provides
        an adequate separation distance and setbacks from community sensitive locations which
        will also assist in minimising the visual obtrusiveness of the facility as follows:
             . Sited on the periphery of the concentrated residential dwellings (aligning Kildeys
                 Road)and over 2 km from the Soreen Point township;
             . Located within proximity to only (3)residential dwellings within a 500 m radius; and
             .   Setback from all public open space areas including but not limited to;
                    o More than 900 m from the edge of Lake Cootharaba
                    o More than 2.3 km from Soreen Field Park

,   ,
                    o More than 2.6 km from Soreen Point Foreshore Park

        Figure 8.6 below illustrates the view looking north (taken from the ancillary shed) towards
        the existing powerlines and power corridor which runs from north to south through the
        subject site (approximately 20 m east of the proposed facility). The existing power corridor
        can also be seen in previous Figure 8.2 and demonstrates the facility has been

        appropriately located on a site that contains existing infrastructure.
