                For clarity, in regard to Plan No. 1620/DA/2.02 Rev. L Proposed Ground Floor
                Plan – Stage 4 dated 28/07/17 the maximum number of gaming machines is
                limited to 195 machines.
          3.    The proposed development provides for an extension to the Gaming Area
                (providing for a maximum of 195 gaming machines and limited to a maximum
                floor area of 565m2), Smokers Terrace, Store, Children’s Lounge, basement
                carpark area and other internal modifications as shown on the approved plans.
    B.    Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning Act 2016.
                                                                                               Carried.
    Cr Stockwell voted against the motion.
    Cr Pardon returned to the meeting.

    dated 15 October 2018 regarding Application No. MCU18/0094 for a Development Permit for
    Material Change of Use for Multiple Housing - Type 4 Conventional. (4 Dwelling Units)
    situated at 15 Garnet St, Cooroy and:
    A.    Approve the application subject to the following conditions:
