      Creation of Lot 201 (i.e. aligning to the ultimate boundary of BFP Phases 201, 202 and 203), Balance Lot
      8000 and part of the Principal Common Property within the Principle CTS. In this stage of delivery, existing
      Lot 6 on SP178340 will be retained in its current form.
