            Attention: Mark Lewis

            Dear Sir,

                            Re: Information Request
At: 62 Gateway Dr, Noosaville, Qld 4556

With reference to the abovementioned information request for the development
application (ref: MCU22/0084), we have been engaged to prepare additional information
and design plans to respond to your queries as follows:

            Items 2. – 4. HRV/MRV zone and parking

The design plans have been updated to address the information request with the
            additional details below:

                    - The occasional parking space has been increased to the size required for a semi-
trailer loading bay (15.0m x 3.6m) to comply with the Driveway and Parking Code.
The occasional parking area will therefore be suitable for use as a semi-trailer to
                        serve all tenancies if required.
                    - The occasional HRV/MRV parking area has been relocated further into the site to
reduce the risk of traffic conflicts at the entry/exit to the premises. This further
prevents the obstruction of the PWD space and visitor parking
                    - Spaces to the rear of the site, which may be obstructed while the service vehicle
bay is occupied, are now nominated as staff parking to minimise disruption to
                        users of the site.

Item 5. Crossover impact on existing stormwater structure

The design plans have been updated to generally align with Standard Drawings RS-051
and Council’s Drainage Standard Drawings. The proposed plans improve the drainage
            situation by:

                        • Replacing the existing lintel and inlet with a new lip-in-line kerb inlet pit further
south of the driveway wing to ensure a minimum of 1m clearance to the pit
lintel. This will allow for capture of the existing kerb and gutter flows from
Gateway Drive, with the new grated inlet opening providing for greater
                            hydraulic capture.
                        • The existing pit chamber will be modified to extend to approximately 2m in
length to retain the existing piped inlet and outlet connections so the existing
