Given these existing ground levels, the minor filling associated with the proposed driveway and crossover will
remain lower than the neighbouring driveway. Accordingly, the finished surface will continue to direct
stormwater runoff toward the subject property, and no adverse redirection of overland flow toward adjacent
properties is expected.
