The significantly low occupancy level of 5% achieved at Noosa North Shore Campground was
due to site closure from July 2019 to January 2020 for redevelopment works and from March
2020 to June 2020 due to COVID-19.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance for each facility is performed in line with established budget allocations, including
any reactive maintenance. Completed works at the holiday parks include:

Noosa River Holiday Park:
 Completed electrical audit and associated rectification works.
 Re-mulching of the foreshore camping area.

Noosa North Shore Campground
 Site upgrade, levelling and associated works to provide a further 13 -15 sites in the south-
   eastern section of the campground.

Boreen Point Campground
 Internal repainting of the large amenity block.
 Refurbishment and modernisation of the reception area.
