The site fill area has been raised to above the DFE flood level and graded to fall northwards. Details of the proposed case model topography are shown on image 5-1. Image 5-1 Proposed Case Model Topography The proposed case ground level assumptions modelled are appropriate for an initial constraints assessment but will need to be refined as part of future detail design. Finished floor levels of any buildings constructed on the fill pad will need to achieve the minimum levels shown on Image 5-2.
