Please find attached a request for a permissible change and an extension to the relevant period of MCU13/0247.  The request is supported by the following documents:


  *   a Request to Change An Existing Approval form and the Council’s e-lodgement form, duly completed;
  *   landowners consent;
  *   the Current Decision Notice;
  *   photos to show the amenity areas on the adjoining properties;
  *   a copy of the land surveyors plan 5874; and
  *   amended application drawings prepared by Harry Poulos Architects.

I look forward to receiving confirmation that this request has been received in the near future.
