PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 12 DECEMBER 2017 A pre-lodgement meeting was held on 14 August 2017. The proposed plans provided a range of uses including food market, bakery, office, café and outdoor dining. During this meeting several concerns were raised with regards to the scale of development, increased floor area with regard to a shortfall in the provision of carparking on site, access and plot ratio. In response to the issues raised the applicant made modifications to the proposal and now proposes to locate all works within the existing building and utilise the building only for a restaurant/cafe and bakery. 2.2. Site Description The site is a rectangular shaped lot located at 34 Maple Street, Cooroy and described as Lot 2 on RP1866.
