SERVICES & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 7 FEBRUARY 2017
NCS operates under funding agreements with both the State and Federal Governments. The
requirements of the various funding agreements dictate that NCS should aim to perform to a ‘zero
bottom line’ standard, ie. that all funding received should be fully expended on relevant programs
and services. As at 31 December 2016, NCS were broadly tracking in line with budget with a small
surplus of $25,044. This is expected to reduce in the second-half of the year.
