The J’s net YTD position is $6,575 over budget however once deducting the $8,162 overrun in
depreciation - which is the result of an asset revaluation and will be adjusted in BR3 - the centre is
actually $1,587 ahead of budgeted performance.

Revenue is ahead of budget by $13,724 with bar sales and venue hire being the two main
contributors. Employee benefits is $13,467 over budget however this is fully offset by the additional
revenue. The remaining expenditure areas are broadly tracking in line with budget.
