The NAC’s half-year performance saw a positive variance to budget of $21,286. Revenue finished
$51,506 in front of budget, while expenses were over budget by $30,219.

Revenue benefited from strong Learn to Swim (LTS) performance, with the program experiencing
an almost 5% increase in participants. Cumulative half-yearly attendances grew from 16,262 in
2015/16 to 17,054 this year, with revenue up $28,068 on budget.
