RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Development Planner to the Planning & Environment
Committee Meeting dated 9 October 2018 and the General Committee Meeting dated 15 October
2018 regarding Application No. MCU18/0019 for a Development Permit for Material Change of
Use - Multiple Housing –Type 3 Retirement & Special Needs (90 bed aged care facility) situated
at 52 – 62 Goodchap Street & 3 - 11 Val Crescent, Noosaville and:
A.                       Approve the application in accordance with the following conditions:
