GRANTS (ROUND 19), CLIMATE CHANGE RESPONSE GRANTS (ROUND 4)

Cr Stockwell informed the meeting that: "For the past two terms, I have declared
a conflict of interest as a result of my long association with Noosa District
Landcare and its unincorporated forebear. However, having now received more
detailed legal advice, it is clear that my circumstances do not meet the definition
of a declarable conflict of interest because the organisation is neither a close
associate nor a related party under the Local Government Act and therefore, I
will not be declaring any type of COI for this matter or in relation to that group
            into the future.”
